Joe Manchin, Admit that You are an Idiot and Have no Idea what You are Doing

There is no doubt that America is as divided today as it was in the 1860’s during the Civil War. Sadly, there is no cure for this situation because it requires changing minds, and when they belong to a cult, this is nothing more than a fantasy. Only the deaths of millions of Trump devotees will save the Constitution and our country.
But don’t tell West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin that. His failure to serve the people of our country is based on a fallacious theory that our nation can be reunited. If he cared about the American people, he would listen to them: to the majority. We support a 3.5 trillion budget to repair our entire infrastructure, not just part of it. We believe that the super-rich and corporations who now pay no taxes, should pay their fair share. We believe that voting should be encouraged, not suppressed. And we believe that healthcare for all is a right, not a privilege.
The Hill: [Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) on Sunday responded to criticism from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who claimed in a tweet that Manchin has huddled “weekly” with personnel from Exxon, contending that such attacks “continue to divide, divide, divide.”
During an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Manchin denied having any such meetings with Exxon or other fossil fuel lobbyists.
“Absolutely not. Absolutely not,” Manchin told host Dana Bash. “I keep my door open for everybody. It’s totally false.”
He also said “superlatives” such as the one used by Ocasio-Cortez are “just awful” and “continue to divide, divide, divide.”
“I don’t know that young lady that well. I really don’t. I have met her one time, I think, between sets here. But that’s it. So, we have not had any conversations. She just speculating and saying things because she wants to,” he added.]
Meeting with oil companies with the intention of receiving campaign funds results in corruption. If this is true, Manchin is selling his votes to special interests, and that proves that he is not a Democrat, and unworthy of the votes of the people of West Virginia.
