Responses to Trump’s Holiday Tweet Storm are Hilarious and True

Nearing the end of another year Trump is keeping his thumbs busy. He’s not solving the shutdown or the many other problems he has failed to address, he’s attacking his growing number of enemies.

He hasn’t forgotten his old ones either. In October of 2017 retiring Tennessee Senator, Bob Corker responded to Trump’s erratic behavior on Twitter.

“It’s a shame the White House has become an adult day care center. Someone obviously missed their shift this morning.”

With the resignation of Secretary of State Jim Mattis, this reference to Trump’s lack of mental competence has been revived, and Twitter was filled with responses, beginning with Corker defending himself against Trump’s attack.

“Senator Bob Corker just stated that, “I’m so privileged to serve in the Senate for twelve years, and that’s what I told the people of our state that’s what I’d do, serve for two terms.” But that is Not True – wanted to run but poll numbers TANKED when I wouldn’t endorse him….” Trump

“Yes, just like Mexico is paying for the wall… #AlertTheDaycareStaff”

Others took Corkers side on twitter.

“#AlertTheDaycareStaff  but they won’t get paid….”

“We can’t #AlertTheDaycareStaff, they all quit.”

“#AlertTheDaycareStaff Donny got the childproof cap off the Adderall bottle”

They went on and on.

For the first 23 months Trump’s many mistakes were ignored by the right-wing, this is not true today. His hasty decision to remove our Troops from Syria, the resignation of Jim Mattis, and his childish demand to build his unnecessary wall which resulted in a government shutdown have forced Republican politicians to stand up to the schoolyard bully.

America’s nightmare is spending 16 days at his millionaires only resort, Mar-a-Lago. Trump does not care about our nation, it’s time to party.

Let’s help him remain at the party. Time to impeach this failure who is not an American president.
