There was a short period of time when Rudy Giuliani had an opportunity to make himself appear to be a patriotic American. After the cowardly attacks on 9/11, he reveled in the fact that he was the Mayor of New York City. That was the past. Today he has proven himself to be a traitor to the American people.
Giuliani could be a FOX Noise stooge. When Trump blunders in speech or with a tweet, Giulani lies and attempts to make his fuhrer appear credible. Blind loyalty is tantamount to chosen ignorance.
Case in point; Giuliani was sent to Sean Hannity’s pitiful show on FOX yesterday. He apparently went off script and claimed that Trump returned $130,000 to Michael Cohen which he paid to Stormy Daniels for a non-disclosure agreement. Then he claimed that there was no campaign contribution violation.
“Sorry, I’m giving you a fact now that you don’t know,” Giuliani said. “It’s not campaign money. No campaign finance violation.”
“They funneled through a law firm, and the president repaid it,” he said.
As it is with Trump and his entire administration, he has proven that he is not ‘the sharpest tool in the shed.’ Trump has repeatedly claimed that he knew nothing about the payment to Daniels.
Whatever the outcome of Robert Mueller’s investigation, Trump deserves the worst. In his personal life, and now in his illegitimate presidency, he has surrounded himself with “yes men.” His advisers lack great intelligence and this is becoming a growing and serious problem for Trump and his circle of sinners.
It appears that adding Giulani to his legal team is a big mistake; he loves to hear himself talk, and the more he rants the more verbal mistakes he makes. Every move Trump is making is an act of desperation. He knows the truth, and because his only weapons are lies, his weaknesses are being exposed. Eventually the truth is revealed and there is a price to be paid.
