When any leader at any level is unpredictable and displays a lack of ability to control his emotions, his ‘team,’ his administration, constantly question his or her decisions. Leaders lead by example. Leaders move forward, not backwards. Leaders inspire others and do not contradict their subordinates efforts or statements.
Because Donald Trump fails to fit any of my previous descriptions, his White House is in turmoil. It has literally become dysfunctional. Key players don’t like each other and therefore respect is non-existent. Nothing has been accomplished.
Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus, doesn’t like anyone, and no one likes him. Steve Bannon continues to push his own agenda which focuses on extreme nationalism. Bannon is openly in conflict with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner. None of the White House staff trusts Kushner. Now Trump has added a new communications director, Anthony Scaramucci. Scaramucci immediately engaged in vile attacks against both Priebus and Bannon.
Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and husband Jared Kushner frequently attempt to move Trump in one direction, while the men he appointed to advise him make efforts to pull him in the opposite way.
Trump has continuously attacked his own Attorney General, Jeff Sessions.
There is a growing fear in our nation’s security agencies. This fear is based on the obvious dysfunction in the White House. They are concerned about what will happen when a real crisis must be faced by Trump and his administration. Growing tensions around the world are being ignored, while Washington is focusing on Trump’s Russian connections, and the bickering among his White House staff.
Our country is in great peril, and it began on January 20 when the most unqualified man in history was given the keys to the asylum, and the nuclear football. After six months and eight days Trump has proven that he will be remembered as the worst president in American history. His penchant for tweeting; often contradicting his own administration; has caused enormous confusion among his circle of sinners.
The truth is that this dysfunctional White House cannot be repaired. Trump cannot fire everyone, but he could begin by ending his effort at nepotism. Ivanka and Jared have no purpose and no qualifications to be included in the White House staff.
Please re-post; thank you.
