Trump has caused enormous damage to America and his hypocritical party. I’m not certain that all of it can be repaired. His white supremacist administration will encourage racists to stay out of the shadows for years to come. The Christian religious right has more fuel to denounce the rights of Muslims to not only practice their faith, but to live in America. Fear and hatred have encouraged an increase in hate crimes which will further divide our nation in the future. The division between the one-percent and the working class is not solely about income; it is now exposed as a war between ideology. The Republican Party has been revealed as the party of hypocrites who have no principles and no morals.
The bottom line is that Trump’s supporters remain in denial. Although they elected the worst president in 240 years of American history, they continue to defend the most immoral and unqualified man to every have defiled the White House.
The good news is that Trump’s illegitimate presidency has united real Americans. We stand in support of the nation created by our founding fathers. We have some credible men and women who remain loyal to the American people to speak for us on a larger scale. Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders will never cease their focus; the great majority of the American people. Hillary Clinton has ended her self-imposed exile and stepped back into the public eye to support the American people.
On Thursday, while the Senate was listening to testimony from former FBI Director, James Comey, Hillary was speaking to the graduating class from Medgar Evers College.
Some of you are too young to remember the story and fate of Mr. Evers, but his murder increased the fervor of those involved in the Civil Rights Movement. In 1963 Mr. Evers was shot down in Jackson, Mississippi by white, Christian terrorists calling themselves the Ku Klux Klan. His widow, Ms. Evers-Williams continues his fight for equality to this day.
Ms. Clinton informed the graduating class that “Losing the 2016 presidential election was ‘pretty devastating, especially considering who I lost to,’ she told graduates of Medgar Evers College on Thursday.”
She was not expressing ‘sour grapes,’ Ms. Clinton had a message for the young, African American students.
“Never let anyone silence your voice,” Clinton said. “Medgar Evers faced constant threats because of his work. His house was firebombed by white supremacists. But he refused to back down.”
Ms. Clinton singled out one student whose efforts made him an example of American opportunity and dedication. She spoke of Yahya Mused.
“He made sandwiches for students and professors. And today he’s graduating with honors,” Clinton said. “I’m certainly glad he wasn’t banned from America.”
Although Ms. Clinton never used Trump’s name, it was obvious that she represented tens of millions of America’s people who refuse to share Trump’s deplorable ambitions for our nation.
Regardless of your opinion of Hillary Clinton, these are the facts. She worked for the American people all of her life. She could have joined a law firm and attained enormous success professionally and financially, but instead focused her attention on women and children throughout her adult life. Hillary sacrificed, and Trump and his spawn can never make that claim; they took whatever they could get at the expense of others.
I am a patriot, and I insist that Trump, his spawn, and his circle of sinners leave my country for a single reason; they do not believe in my America
Please re-post; thank you.
