Although Trump’s appearance, his mannerisms, and his lack of ability to speak English while constantly praising himself make Trump appear less ‘presidential’ than any legitimate president in my life time, his circle of sinners continue their attempts to change his image.
Today VP Mike Pence was speaking at Grove City College in Pennsylvania. He praised Trump for his ‘leadership.’ Our 6th President, John Quincy Adams once said: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” If President Adams was correct, and this definition is accurate, Trump is most definitely not a ‘leader.’ I can’t think of a worse person to emulate. I value my sense of morality, my humility, and learning from others who have more wisdom than I.
Pence continued: “Anyone who dreams big will encounter those who think small. Anyone who dares to step forward will find those who’d rather they stay put. And anyone who thinks they can will always hear from those who are sure they can’t,” he said.
What he should have done is continue with that thought. “When you learn that you can’t, do something else.” Trump has failed at everything; he even went bankrupt on three casinos!
Okay, enough Trump bashing; I’ll let him continue to make a fool of himself.
