There is no ‘kind’ way to describe Rush Limbaugh and his anti-American and divisive rhetoric. He is simply an a** whose opinions are so extreme, only individuals who hate the America of our founding fathers would choose to listen to him. Throughout his extremely long tenure as the host of a right wing propaganda tool, he has supported the illegal and immoral actions of Bush and Cheney, denounced every positive effort by President Obama for the American people, and become the voice of all Americans who oppose democracy and the Constitution.
So, when Limbaugh heard about the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Trump’s relationship with Russia, he had a temper tantrum.
“So I saw this and my initial reaction was, I was muttering obscenities,” he recalled. “I was mad, I said, ‘who the hell caved on our side? What the hell?’ I’m going through all these emotions! They lost the frickin’ election why are we giving them what they want?’ Going through all that.”
Naturally, this entire tirade is offensive to my own intelligence, but three key words define Limbaugh: “on our side.” Limbaugh does not believe in the United States of America, he believes in the dominance of the right wing which supports white nationalism, Islamophobia, homophobia, and misogyny. Limbaugh’s ‘America’ consists of all white men whose only god is money.
No one should be surprised that he included Hillary Clinton’s benign e-mails into his childish rhetoric.
“And I said, OK, what’s this cover?” Limbaugh continued, “And I looked at it, and it’s only Trump and Russia. There’s nothing about the Clintons! There’s nothing about their illegal server! There’s nothing about any of their illegal violations!”
Nothing makes me happier than to know that Limbaugh will soon join Roger Ailes in a casket. The sooner these old, white, bigoted men leave the earth, the better our nation will become.
“What in the name of Sam Hill are we doing?” he cried. “Why don’t we just commit suicide? Why don’t we just point the gun at ourselves and be done with this?”
Sounds like a great idea to me. The sooner we rid our nation of diseases like Limbaugh, Trump, McConnell, Ryan, Conway, Bannon, and others, the sooner we can move our nation forward into the 21st century.
Every time I write about the evils of those who call themselves Republicans, I am saddened. I honestly miss the principles of men who could rightfully claim the label of Republican; men such as Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Reagan, and George H.W. Bush. Today’s “Republicans in name only” are immoral and do not represent the working class, minorities, Muslims, or women.
Until these disreputable men and women are removed from office, our government will remain dysfunctional.
We can help them and help ourselves by sending them home permanently in November of 2018. It’s our duty, and our pleasure.
