Trump’s Priorities Prove that He is not America’s President

bromance

After a phone call when the man on the other end of the line was ‘nice’ to him, Trump invited the blood thirsty president of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, to visit him at the White House. This maniacal and vicious leader of a country once friendly to the United States called President Obama the “son of a whore,” among other things. This alone raised red flags with anyone who continues to question the responsibility and patriotism of their nation’s leader today.

North Korea’s despicable leader, Kim Jong-un, has threatened to strike the United States with a nuclear missile. Trump is not interested in learning how to be diplomatic and avoid military conflict unless his adversary soothes his fragile ego. Today, Trump said that he would be honored” to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “under the right circumstances.”

Honored? Really? Honored to meet with a man who has murdered and imprisoned thousands of his own people simply for criticizing him. (Sound familiar?) The Trump-Putin bromance continues.

If it would be appropriate for me to meet with him, I would absolutely, I would be honored to do it,” Trump told Bloomberg News in a Monday interview. “If it’s under the, again, under the right circumstances. But I would do that.”

Trump frequently claimed that President Obama ‘acted from a position of weakness’ related to international relations. I have no idea if he thinks this is not just that; but maybe he just doesn’t think at all.

I hope that even cowardly and hypocritical Republican politicians will demand that Trump decides which country he represents. In over a 100 days, Trump has failed to act presidential; it’s only becoming worse. Every action has been opposed to the welfare of the people of our nation. Trump is a traitor, and must be labeled as such.

Trump has ignored every promise he made to his supporters and the American people during his campaign. Congress must investigate their mentally challenged and totally incompetent president before it’s too late for our nation and its future.
