The Indianapolis Star reported that Mike Pence used a private e-mail account while the Governor of Indiana. He misused it while communicating secret information, and was hacked. But, before I continue, remember that Pence is a Republican, and Republicans never admit to wrong doing.
Anyone who denies that FOX Noise is the right wing’s propaganda machine has just failed both his or her citizenship test, and his or her IQ test.
Throughout the campaign season, FOX joined desperate Republicans in denouncing Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail account while she was Secretary of State. She was never accused of criminal action, and there is no evidence that she was ever hacked. Now that Pence committed the same mistakes, and there is proof that he was hacked, what did FOX say? “NOTHING TO SEE HERE.” Really?
I believe I once wrote an article stating that “hypocrite” and “Republican” are synonyms.
Hillary apologized for her mistake; how did Pence act when his dirty little secret was exposed? He refused to respond, and “pooh-poohed” the report. However, when Trump’s flunky, James Comey announced a re-investigation into Hillary’s e-mails just eleven days prior to the election, Pence tweeted this: “.@realDonaldTrump and I commend the FBI for reopening an investigation into Clinton’s personal email server because no one is above the law.” Unless you are a corrupt Republican.
Matthew Yglesias reported:
One by one Trump’s circle of sinners is being exposed. Who will be next? We can only hope that they are picked off one-by-one until Trump himself is under investigation for one of his many crimes and ethics violations.
This is what is meant by “draining the swamp.”
