It is obvious that Trump is not a Republican; he has no loyalty to anyone but himself. This does not exclude the entire GOP from being labeled “Republicans In Name Only,” or “RINOs.” Not one of them has the principles celebrated by their predecessors.
Trump is a danger to our nation; for that their can be no doubt. However, Paul Ryan is far more frightening. He has basic intelligence.
Ryan is trusted by nearly every man and woman who claim to be Republicans. They see him as an honorable and respected member of their party, and someone who may become the President of the United States.
I see him as a hypocrite, and a man whose own agenda supersedes the future of our nation and its people.
I respected him for a short time when he was part of the “never Trump” movement within the party, and again when Trump’s true opinion of women was released to the world. He was simply joining Trump by telling another lie to the American people. He is now Trump’s biggest supporter, and defends him on every despicable proposal. If there existed a stronger word than ‘hypocrite,’ I would use it.
Ryan recently told reporters that he is not concerned about Trump’s obvious and blatant conflict of interests with his personal business. He doesn’t care what criminal activities his president engages in, as long his personal ambitions are accomplished.
“This is not what I’m concerned about in Congress,” Ryan said Wednesday during an interview on CNBC. “I have every bit of confidence he’s going to get himself right with moving from being the business guy that he is to the president he’s going to become.”
When has Trump ever “done the right thing.” He has cheated in business, cheated on his wives, cheated his subcontractors, cheated on his taxes, and cheated his own charitable foundation. He has no honor, and cannot be respected as the leader of the free world.
Ryan will play the political game. He will be the GOP’s nominee for the presidency in 2020. He is fooling no one. Ryan represents the worst of politicians who are dishonest, ambitious, and ignore the wishes of the American people. This is not a man; he is a Republican politician, and that is synonymous with traitor.
Those misguided voters who elected Trump wanted change in Washington. That is a lie. If they truly wanted change, and understood how government works, they would have removed all Republicans who did nothing for eight years from the Congress and the Senate. This is where the problem lies. A president can only do so much, it is Congress which passes laws or ignores the needs of our people.
Instead they elected the worst candidate in American history, and allowed useless and self-serving men such as Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, John McCain, Kelly Ayotte, and others to remain in office. These are the real culprits, Under the worst leadership in history, McConnell, Ryan, and Priebus are the reasons Trumpenstein was created and why our government is broken. Trump’s supporters simply proved their ignorance by not placing the blame where it belongs.
